On the back of continued success, we are seeking an experienced Civil Drafter to join our Urban design team to assist in the delivery of a diverse range of projects across both brownfield and Greenfield developments.

Requirements
• Education: A diploma or associate’s degree in civil drafting, CAD technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a civil drafter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Civil Engineering Knowledge: A strong understanding of civil engineering principles, drafting standards, and a familiarity with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Design: Create and revise detailed civil engineering plans, including site layouts, grading plans, storm drain and sewer systems, and road designs, using CAD software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project specifications, design intent, and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize project files, drawing revisions, and documentation in a clear and accessible manner. Ensure all work adheres to company and client standards.
- Review and Quality Control: Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant codes and regulations. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance during all phases of a project, from initial design through to construction.
