About the Role
Industry Beans is looking for a customer-focused Part-time Front of House Team Leader for our venue in Chadstone to help lead the team in delivering a market-leading experience. We are looking for a hospitality professional who can demonstrate excellence in customer service. An individual who can embrace our service standards and the company’s robust systems processes, and lead the team with the support of the Restaurant Manager.
We place a strong emphasis on leading by example and the FOH Team Leader is key to supporting the leadership team in achieving this. The ability to oversee and coordinate service functions in the restaurant and manage the customer service experience is crucial to success in this role.

- Strong all-round FOH skills (service, waiting, hosting)
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to continually advance and improve
- Ability to use and embrace systems and software
- A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
- A positive and professional demeanour
- RSA (required)
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable)
- Must be available during the week, and one weekend day including public holidays
