Industry Beans in Newstead is looking for enthusiastic and qualified chefs to join our team. Industry Beans Newstead is a 100 seat café, restaurant and coffee roastery housed within an architecturally designed warehouse conversion. With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and innovative cooking techniques, the menu at Newstead strikes a beautiful balance between café staples, signature dishes and high-quality share plates. Working from a spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen, our team of Chefs work together to produce exceptional food 7 days a week.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have

• Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery as well as a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• A sound understanding of all kitchen operations
• A passion for innovative cooking techniques
• A modern approach to kitchen and food management
• Creativity in food plating
• A positive and professional demeanour
