The Role:
We are looking for Baristas to deliver a premium coffee program at our corporate office barista station at Adelaide St. venue. The right Baristas will be experienced and passionate, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver a memorable customer experience. This is a serious role for advanced and passionate Baristas looking to further their careers.
Available for 10–15 hours per week across 2–3 shifts, Monday to Sunday, with potential for additional hours.
Must have experience working independently, confidently managing workflow, delivering excellent customer service, building rapport with customers, and maintaining a high standard of organisation and cleanliness.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- 1 – 2 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
- Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
- A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
- The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
- The ability to work 10 – 15 hours a week
