Who We Are

At Indigo Junction, we believe everyone has the right to a safe place to live and grow. We’re not just an organisation – we’re a community. We’re evolving our services and strengthening our partnerships to better reflect who we are and where we are heading. We have secured funding for new building projects and service programs designed to assist Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal individuals and families who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. These programs put us at the forefront of service innovation; meeting clients where they are and providing opportunities to staff to make a difference.

As part of our team, you’ll be joining a purpose-driven organisation that’s embracing growth, innovation, and collaboration to create lasting social impact.
