The Role
Are you organised, proactive and passionate about supporting people? We’re seeking a Part-Time People & Culture Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our People & Culture team, while assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities across the organisation.
This is a varied role where you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, employee records are accurate, and new starters are welcomed into the organisation with a positive experience. Working closely with the People & Culture Lead, you will support recruitment coordination, maintain HR systems and documentation, and assist with the administration of employee lifecycle processes.

You Will
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team across a range of HR activities
Assist with recruitment coordination including job advertisements, interview scheduling and candidate communication
Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth and positive start
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within HR systems
Work collaboratively with colleagues, helping whenever necessary, and perform other relevant duties to support the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Are you organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks?
- Do you have strong administrative and communication skills?
- Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
- Are you confident using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word?
- Are you able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally?
