  • Forecast vehicle acquisition, disposal and fleet renewal strategies
  • Support Board and executive reporting, including clear financial commentary
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to inform strategic business decisions

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Around 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A and/or commercial finance
  •  Strong financial modelling capability in Excel, with exposure to BI or visualisation tools
  •  Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is highly regarded)
  •  Confidence working with large transactional datasets
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Personal attributes:

  • Commercially curious and interested in understanding the ‘why’ behind the numbers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Pragmatic, outcome-focused and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving assumptions
  • Clear communicator across a range of stakeholders
