Specialist Recruitment provides temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment services across various industries including IT and digital, government, business support, engineering, information management, and professional services.

Your Skills:
- Previous experience in agency recruitment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand market conditions and address hiring challenges

- Strong customer service approach
- Great work ethic, flexibility, and personable nature
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates according to client requirements and timeframes
- Conduct day-to-day recruitment activities: sourcing, interviews, job advertisements, candidate feedback, reference checks, negotiations, offers of employment, and follow-ups
- Cultivate relationships with candidates and the internal business, acting as a trusted advisor
- Assist in handling client and candidate enquiries
