Store Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bottle Shop Manager to lead our store in Gosford.

The role as Store Manager presents an opportunity to work with a family owned and run company that prides itself on its people.

Reporting to to the Area Manager, the successful applicant will have experience in a similar position. With the ability to lead a team, provide fantastic customer service, drive sales and profitability.

As part of our management team, you will:

• Have previous experience in a retail environment including stock management, ordering, invoicing, deliveries, reporting on store performance, etc.
• Ensure stock is ordered and managed in accordance with company guidelines
• Manage a team of loyal and capable staff, including rostering, performance management and budgeting
• Learn and maintain knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer, as well as stay up to date with trends
• Cash management
• Safety management for both team members and customers
• Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with our locals
• Maintain eye-catching merchandising
