Job Summary
Hyegrove is seeking an experienced Food Services Assistant Supervisor to join our hospitality team on a Full-Time basis. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and provide hands-on support to the catering team. You will lead by example with a positive, professional attitude and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support food service team members during meal times.
· Deliver a high standard of Food & Beverage (F&B) service to residents and guests.
· Barista skills and coffee-making ability will be highly regarded.
· Assist with café-style service and beverage preparation.
· Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming dining experience.
· Support training and mentoring of new team members.
· Light kitchen and plating support as required.
· Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
About You
Prior hospitality or F&B service experience(aged care, Retirement Living, café, or restaurant background)
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead a small team and ensure smooth dining service.
Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends.
