We are seeking Personal Carers who are kind-hearted, proactive, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

About the Role
Deliver personal care services including showering, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
Support residents with meals, social activities, and household tasks.
Assist with shopping, appointments, and community activities.
Collaborate with the clinical team to follow tailored care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely feedback to the care team.
Promote dignity, respect, and privacy for all residents and families.
Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
Personal Carers require Certificate 3 in Aged Care
· Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
· Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in dementia or geriatric nursing
· Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills
· Competency in electronic documentation
· Full working rights (no sponsorship is on offer)
· Experience in the aged care regulatory environment.
· Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan.
· Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development.
