This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to join a respected, family-owned John Deere dealership supporting customers across agriculture, construction, and forestry.
Hutcheon and Pearce are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our Northern region. Reporting to the COO and forming part of the senior leadership team, this role is focused on executing strategy, building strong and capable teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving a safe, high-performing, and financially sustainable operation across multiple branches.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading and supporting Branch Managers to build high-performing, engaged teams
Driving and maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring safe work practices are embedded across all branches
Ensuring exceptional customer experience across all branches
Driving regional financial performance, including revenue, gross profit, and cost control
Strengthening John Deere market share across agriculture, construction, and forestry segments
Driving consistent operational standards across service, parts, sales, and administration
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Strengthening relationships with key customers and regional communities
Executing business strategy and leading regional initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading multi-site operations or teams (highly regarded)
Strong leadership capability, with a focus on people development, team culture, and safety leadership
Well-developed commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive performance outcomes
Strong understanding of agriculture and regional markets
Experience in agriculture, construction, heavy equipment, or similar industries (preferred)
A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to build trust across teams
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
