Branch Sales Manager (Bowral, Queanbeyan & Nowra)

Full-Time

📍Any of the above locations

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Branch Sales Manager to lead and support our Sales team across our Bowral, Queanbeyan and Nowra locations. This role is all about developing our people, strengthening customer relationships, and driving strong performance in new and used equipment sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coach and support the sales team to hit their goals and close great deals.
  • Build strong customer relationships and help drive opportunities from start to finish.
  • Create a positive, high-performing team culture where success is recognised.
  • Grow team capability through regular coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Attract and retain the right talent to support business growth.
  • Keep sales processes running smoothly and delivering standout customer experiences.
  • Work closely with customers before, during, and after the sale.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to share ideas and improve results.
  • Set and achieve sales targets aligned to company strategy.
  • Manage new and used equipment performance, inventory turnover, and sales paperwork.
  • Partner with Branch and Group leaders to shape sales plans and budgets.

What we’re looking for

  • Solid sales experience (3-5 years), ideally within a dealership environment
  • Leadership experience or ready to step up and grow into a management role
  • A people-focused coach who enjoys helping others succeed
  • Confident communicator who builds trust with customers and teams
  • Comfortable using sales data, budgets, and performance insights to drive results
  • Experience with John Deere or similar products is a bonus
  • Strong problem-solver who turns ideas into action
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
