We’re Hiring: Gym Floor & Reception Team Member

Are you energetic, people-focused and passionate about health and fitness? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive team member to join our crew on the gym floor and at reception. If you love helping others feel confident, welcomed and supported, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Greeting members with genuine warmth and providing world-class customer service

• Managing check-ins, memberships, enquiries, bookings and sales

• Keeping the gym floor safe, tidy and motivating

• Assisting members with equipment and basic exercise technique

• Supporting trainers and staff with daily operations

• Ensuring the gym is spotless, organised and running smoothly

• Helping create an uplifting, positive gym culture

Key Requirements:

• Must have minimum Certificate III in Fitness

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Experience in the fitness industry and customer service

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for fitness and wellness

• Fitness industry experience is a bonus — but not essential. We can teach skills, we can’t teach attitude!
