Content Producer – Short-Form Video & Social Media

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Producer who can edit great short-form video and manage our social channels with consistency, care and heart. What you’ll be doing – Filming & Editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) – Filming & Editing long-form videos (youtube) – Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms – Maintaining a consistent, reliable publishing cadence – Packaging content for social (formats, ratios, captions where needed) – Executing approved storytelling and campaign direction – Keeping content organised, on time and on brand – Primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook What we’re looking for Proven experience editing social-first video Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation Strong sense of pacing, hooks and storytelling Organised, reliable and deadline-driven Comfortable with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci or similar Someone who cares about quality and consistency What this role is (and isn’t) ✔ Creative execution + social media management ✖ Advertising ✖ Content strategy You’ll be taking clear direction and turning it into great content – day in, day out.
