Front Office Receptionist – Coomera Village

Our park offers simple, reliable, and great value stays for guests seeking powered and unpowered caravan and camping sites, perfectly positioned for visitors exploring theme parks, local attractions, beaches, and the broader Gold Coast region.

We are currently looking for an experienced front office receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
• Reservation System Experience, RMS Essential
• Customer Service Experience
• Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
• High level of communication and written skills
• Cash handling experience.
• Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
• Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
• Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
• Be available for an immediate start.
