We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service
The Role:
- Work front of house, engaging with customers, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant / bar
- Barista experience and preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assisting with general restaurant/ bar operations, including cash handling and cleaning
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
- Multi-task effectively during peak trading periods
Skills & Experience:
- Provide quick, efficient and polite service at all times
- EFT & Cash handling duties
- Conducting general cleaning duties
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
