We are currently seeking a Casual All-Rounder – Housekeeping & Grounds to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting both housekeeping and grounds operations across the park. You will play a key role in maintaining high presentation standards across accommodation, amenities, and outdoor areas.
Duties will include cleaning of guest accommodation and common areas, as well as assisting with general park maintenance and labouring tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of cabins, amenities, and shared facilities to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the park
- Assisting with general grounds maintenance including lawns, gardens and outdoor areas
- Supporting minor maintenance tasks and general labouring duties
- Assisting with upkeep of tools, equipment and supplies
- Delivering a high level of customer service to guests
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant must possess:
- Previous housekeeping or amenities cleaning experience (preferred, not essential)
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and outdoor work
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
- Willingness to assist across both housekeeping and grounds duties
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
- Ability to commence in the role promptly
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
You will be competent in the use of equipment such as:
- Ride-on mowers
- Whipper snippers
- Hedge trimmers
- Leaf blowers
- Basic hand and power tools
Remuneration
The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality General Award.
