What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Project Manager – Civil and Built form, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering projects across our village assets, ensuring every step aligns with our strategic vision and our operational excellence. You’ll:

  • End to End Project Management: Manage Planning approvals, budgets, programs, and maintain quality standards in relation to your assigned projects.
  • Consultation and Communication: Assess, appoint, co-ordinate and supervise external contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure quality and compliance, and seeking input where required from our internal team including operations, design and planning.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed analysis and reporting on project progress and outcomes via various platforms on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, focusing on cost-saving identification.
  • Business Expansion: Provide input and assistance with the developing internal administrative processes and standardising procedures, allowing business expansion.

Skills and Experience:

Education Level:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, civil engineering or similar is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in development management, favouring project & civil management.
  • Project financial management skills, including project costing, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of authority processes and relevant legislation

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of WHS, and compliance is favourable.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate and build external relationships.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
  • Convey Project status through various mediums and provide WIP updates to key stakeholders.
  • Show flexibility, initiative and responsiveness in a high growth and dynamic environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel interstate and intrastate from time to time.
  • Current driver’s license.
