ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager, AI & Digital Platforms to join our growing Shared Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of technology across Hampshire Property Group.
This is not a single-product role. You will own a portfolio of AI-enabled and digital products, driving initiatives from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex operational challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.
This role sits at the centre of a major digital transformation, with exposure to everything from bespoke AI tools to enterprise platforms including CRM, reservations, contact centre and data systems. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business and engineering teams to ensure what we build delivers real, measurable value.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and digital products, from discovery to launch and iteration
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business strategy and priorities
- Identify high-value opportunities for AI, automation and digital innovation
- Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements
- Manage product backlogs and prioritisation frameworks to maximise business impact
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- Contribute to enterprise platform initiatives including CRM, reservations and contact centre systems
- Support vendor selection processes including RFPs, evaluations and due diligence
- Define success metrics and use data to drive product decisions and continuous improvement
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing and IT
- Drive a disciplined approach to build vs buy decisions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years’ experience in product management or a similar role
- Proven experience delivering digital or technology products end-to-end
- Exposure to working closely with engineering or technical teams
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and modern system architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business problems into structured product solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capability
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Desirable:
- Experience with AI, automation or machine learning products
- Exposure to CRM, reservations or contact centre platforms
- Experience with data platforms or analytics tools
- Background in property, hospitality or related industries
