About the Role: 

As a Chef de Partie at Bar Mammoni, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen, owning your section, delivering consistent, high-quality food, and supporting the team to execute at a high standard.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help bring our menu to life while contributing to a fast-paced, energetic service.
