Barista | Island Radio Kiosk

Summary: Love coffee and good vibes? Come join the crew at Island Radio Kiosk in Surry Hills! We’re on the lookout for a passionate barista to create great coffee, connect with guests, and be part of our little community hub!

What you’ll be doing:

• Making and serving delicious coffee and tea
• Keeping the kiosk clean, tidy, and running smoothly
• Chatting with customers, taking orders, and answering their questions
• Handling cash and card payments accurately
• Helping out with stock and inventory
• Jumping in as a team player during the busy rushes
• Following health and safety guidelines (the important stuff!)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a barista
• A solid understanding of coffee and how to make it
• Great people skills — you love a good chat
• Comfortable working at pace and juggling a few things at once
• Basic cash handling skills
• Available for casual shifts, including weekends and public holidays
