The role

As a Doctor at Hormn, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care in a modern telehealth setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with patients online, reviewing medical histories, bloodwork, and health questionnaires, and providing evidence-based assessments with a focus on men’s health and testosterone replacement therapy.

  • Designing and managing personalised treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting care to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.

  • Practising within a compliance-focused framework, adhering to all medical, ethical, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance.

  • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team and embracing the flexibility of digital practice, while contributing to continuous improvements in how men’s health is delivered across Australia.

What you will bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Current AHPRA medical registration (General or Specialist).

  • Full working rights in Australia. No sponsorship options available.

  • Available to work 15 hours per week ongoing

  • Telehealth experience and comfort working in a digital-first healthcare model with electronic medical records and online consultations. Technical proficiency is a must.

  • Experience or strong interest in men’s health, endocrinology or general practice.

  • Commitment to compliance and clinical governance, with a strong understanding of medical and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients in a telehealth setting.

  • A patient-centred approach, with a focus on delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
