This opportunity will allow you to:
- Represent both buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
- Advise in off the plan development work.
- Act on commercial office, industrial and retail leasing.
- Work with clients such as retail and property developers, commercial building owners, family-owned businesses and government departments.
- The team undertakes a diverse range of interesting commercial property work, which ensures there is constant variety in the work to keep you challenged and engaged.
About you
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented legal practitioner with the skills and ability to run files through to completion, under the guidance from our partners.
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous experience in commercial property.
- Have ideally 3 to 5 years post admission legal experience.
- Are highly organised with excellent file management skills.
- Enjoy solving problems in a commercial context.
- Have a genuine interest in the property and real estate sector.
- Build and nurture client relationships with ease and professionalism.
- Are driven to deliver top-tier service and outcomes for your clients.
