Holyoake is a leading provider of
counselling and support services for people impacted directly and indirectly by
alcohol, other drugs, and related mental health issues. We operate through five
locations in Victoria Park, Midland, Northam, Narrogin and Merredin, and employ
over 100 staff.
We are inviting applications from
suitably skilled, Administration Assistants to work on a part-time (15 hours
per week) basis at either our Narrogin or Northam office on a fixed term
contract through to 30 June 2027. Working closely with and reporting directly
to the Manager Prevention Services, this role will be responsible for providing
administrative support to the Manager Prevention Services and the Holyoake’s
greater prevention service.

Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Manager Prevention Services, to
coordinate meetings, events, bookings, and calendar management.
- Support planning and delivery of program activities
and events (registrations, attendance lists, catering,
travel/accommodation, resources and materials).
- Provide administrative support for purchasing and
invoicing processes (e.g raising requests, receipting, and reconciling
against budgets as directed).
- Assist with the designing of meeting agendas and
capture meeting minutes.
- Support with the development of promotional
materials and presentations to be delivered by the Prevention team.
Skills required:
- High level of interpersonal and communication
skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to
detail
- Ability to work nonjudgmentally with a diverse
client base
- Demonstrated experience working with community
members and stakeholders, providing professional and respectful service.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team
environment under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
Criteria for successful
applicants:
- National Police Clearance, no more than three
months old
- Wheatbelt based, or able to work from Northam or Narrogin
office.
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children’s
Check
- Valid Drivers Licence preferred
