We’re on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our fast-paced removals and storage team in Wolli Creek. If you’re a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a no-day-the-same kind of role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day warehouse operations like a well-oiled machine
• Leading and motivating a small but mighty team
• Support the Operations team where required
• Overseeing loading/unloading, storage organisation, and inventory control – Strong admin skills a MUST
• Coordinating with Removals teams for seamless removals and deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in warehousing or removals operations (supervisory or team leader experience a big plus!)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Forklift licence A MUST
• A proactive attitude and a cool head under pressure
• Physical fitness
• Heavy Rigid licence (preferred)
• Strong ADMIN skills

Salary $75K – $100K + super
