Holloway Removals & Storage is a fast-growing, customer-focused business delivering premium moving and storage solutions across Australia. We’re looking for a National Operations Manager to take full ownership of our operational performance, lead from the front, and drive consistency, efficiency, and growth across all locations.
This is not a back-office role — this is for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get the best out of people, systems, and processes.
About the Role
As our National Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operations across multiple branches, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong team performance.
You’ll work closely with leadership to execute strategy while being deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage national operations across all sites
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and service delivery standards
- Oversee scheduling, fleet utilisation, and resource planning
- Implement and improve systems, processes, and KPIs
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and industry regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and report directly to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for growth, scalability, and operational improvement
About You
You’re a natural leader who brings structure, accountability, and energy to everything you do.
- Proven experience in operations management (removals, logistics, transport, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and locations
- Highly organised with a focus on efficiency and results
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving ability
- Hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Experience implementing systems and driving process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
