Inside Sales Representative

• Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Wolli Creek, NSW. As a Sales Representative in our call centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and converting sales enquiries into successful bookings!

What will you be doing?

• Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from customers interested in our removals and storage services (no cold calling—just WARM leads and friendly conversations)

• Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability

• Process customer Quotes and Bookings in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Holloway Removals & Storage solutions (Training Provided!)

• Helping make people’s moves stress-free and easy

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a sales role (removals or logistics experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service

• Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert sales enquiries into bookings

• A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a keen attention to detail

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software

• Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
