About the Role:
Hismile is looking for a Café Coordinator to join our HQ team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys making coffees and food, being around people, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support the day-to-day running of our café, helping keep the team fuelled and the space running smoothly. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working closely with the People & Culture team to create a great experience for everyone in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Make coffees for the HQ team twice a day
Prepare and serve high-quality meals for the team (breakfast & lunch)
Assist in planning and managing a rotating menu to keep things fresh and exciting
Maintain high-levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café
Manage stock levels and assisting with ordering when necessary
Foster a welcoming and positive café environment
Work closely with the People & Culture team for events and activities

Cleaning and maintenance of the office
Skills & Experience:
Barista experience preferred
Hospitality or customer facing experience also preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Friendly and team-oriented
Work Ethic
Reliable and happy to jump in where needed
Brings a positive, can-do attitude
Enjoys being around people and contributing to a good vibe
Open to feedback and learning new skills
