$120,000 + 20% OTE Bonus

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager – Clinical Solutions to take ownership of a
strategic Victorian territory. This role is suited to a commercially driven
sales professional who thrives on building pipeline, closing complex
opportunities, and delivering measurable growth.
You will operate at the intersection of sales, clinical engagement and project delivery,
influencing key stakeholders and driving outcomes across capital equipment and
infrastructure solutions.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Deliver consistent revenue growth across a strategic Victorian territory
- Identify, develop and close capital equipment and infrastructure opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior clinical, operational and procurement
stakeholders
- Drive pipeline development and conversion through a structured sales approach
- Position Hipac’s solutions as a preferred partner within key healthcare accounts
The Opportunity
Reporting to
the Sales & Projects Manager – Clinical Solutions, you will operate as a
key contributor within a high-performing national team.
You will:
- Own
and grow a strategically important territory with significant market
opportunity
- Lead
complex sales cycles across capital projects, refurbishments and new builds
- Engage
directly with hospitals and health services to influence purchasing decisions
- Work
cross-functionally with internal sales, technical and project teams
- Play
a direct role in scaling a specialist healthcare solutions business
Key
Responsibilities
- Achieve
and exceed territory sales targets across flow and capital solutions
- Develop
and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Build
and manage a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Lead
complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Drive
capital project opportunities from identification through to close
- Deliver
high-quality product presentations and clinical engagement
- Maintain
disciplined CRM usage, forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate
with internal teams to maximise commercial outcomes
Skills,
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Proven
success in medical device, healthcare or capital equipment sales
- Demonstrated
ability to deliver revenue growth within a defined territory
- Experience
managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Strong
commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Highly
disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM utilisation
Desirable
- Experience
selling into hospital or clinical environments
- Exposure
to capital equipment, infrastructure or project-based solutions
- Experience
engaging clinical stakeholders and delivering product education
