What we are looking for

We are seeking a commercially capable and strategically minded Marketing Specialist to strengthen how we are positioned in our respective target markets. 

This is a critical role within the business.  

The successful candidate will provide an essential contribution to sustainable growth by supporting the Sales and Leadership teams with structured, commercially aligned marketing execution.  

This team member will help Hipac achieve brand clarity, consistency and alignment between strategy, messaging, and commercial execution across the business, including facilitating disciplined brand alignment internally. They will contribute to how we think, communicate, sell, and deliver.  

 

The Opportunity 

Working closely with the Strategic Marketing Advisor, Sales, Operations and Leadership Team, you will contribute to: 

  • Strengthening brand clarity across healthcare markets 
  • Supporting sales conversion through structured tools and documentation 
  • Embedding internal brand and communication standards 
  • Improving consistency across the end-to-end customer experience 
  • Ensuring marketing activity aligns with commercial priorities 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and improve brand consistency across all healthcare-facing materials 
  • Coordinate and refine sales enablement tools and documentation 
  • Support alignment between marketing, sales and delivery 
  • Maintain structured tracking and prioritisation of marketing initiatives 
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of marketing processes and standards 

 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience 

Essential 

  • Experience in marketing coordination, communications, or brand support 
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and consistency 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/document systems 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations 
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes 

Desirable 

  • Experience in B2B or healthcare environments 
  • Exposure to sales funnel improvement or conversion optimisation 
  • Understanding of brand positioning and messaging frameworks 
  • Experience supporting growth-focused marketing initiatives
