Sales Order Coordinator

Playing a key role at Hidrive, the Sales Order Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and communication with all stakeholders, both internally and externally for the life of the sales order – after conversion from proposal into a work order up until vehicle dispatch to our customers. The position forms part of a national team and reports to the Technical Procurement Manager.

About You

• One to two years’ experience in a customer centric role
• Preference to have worked in an automotive environment
• High attention to detail
• Extraordinary communication skills

Key accountabilities

• Own allocated customer sales orders from conversion to dispatch back to the client.
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers and the broader dealer management teams, for example OEM’s and transport companies, to assist with the sourcing of correct and timely vehicle details.
• Have the persistence to follow up, ensuring the right information from the right source is obtained on-time and in time.
• Communicating with all parties to ensure that the vehicle/s and related information e.g., the make, model, variant, colour, VIN and due date are being recorded and correct at the earliest possible time.
