Cellar Door Sales Assistant – Idée Fixe Salon

Idée Fixe is a dedicated Blanc de Blancs house and part of the Heytesbury Wine Group, which also includes Vasse Felix and the Margaret River Hotel. We are excited to announce that the new Idée Fixe House is opening soon to the public, offering visitors an immersive experience in our world of sparkling wine.

We are currently seeking passionate Casual Cellar Door Sales Assistants to join our team and deliver exceptional wine experiences at the Idée Fixe Salon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment and brings a strong background in sales and hospitality.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated and confident in a sales driven setting, with a genuine passion for wine and hospitality. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure each guest enjoys a memorable and engaging experience. Previous Cellar Door experience and sound wine knowledge are required.

Key Requirements:

• Open 7 days per week – weekend availability is essential

• Must have full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)

• Wine education certifications preferred but not essential

• Food handling certifications preferred but not essential

Working Holiday Visa applicants: this role does not count towards the 88 days of specified farm work
