  • Monitor food costs and manage budgets effectively to maximise profitability.
  • Implement and uphold food safety standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
