Senior Barista

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Fitzroy, Victoria. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Maintain and oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Keep the café area clean and organised, including the coffee preparation area and seating spaces.
• Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with a passion for coffee are welcome to apply.
• Experience in front of house roles, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance.
