Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain and oversee the coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Keep the coffee preparation area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of coffee beans and other supplies, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
• Experience in front of house roles is advantageous
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance is a plus
