Key Account Manager Operations – Adelaide

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and someone who would like to have a career in International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage.The right person for this role must have meticulous attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and have a passion to provide a high quality level of customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities for this role include and not limited to:

• Working alongside the Key Account Managers to support client retention
• Updating information for customers shipments
• Updating our Enterprise operating system, Cargowise with correct and timely information
• Monitoring group mailboxes
• Checking job registrations
• Uplaoding documents to client portals
• Checking shipment dashboard to confirm status of shipments
• Distributing documentation as required
• Facilitate release of shipments
• Escalate any issues to the Key Account Managers
• Attend training courses as requested
