Join a supportive team drawing on your professional skills of facilitation and are experienced in transformational education. This role will assist coordinating the educational elements of the Recovery College, and support developing new Recovery College educators.

About the WA Recovery College Alliance (WARCA)
The WA Recovery College Alliance (WARCA) fosters positive change and inspires hope by bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds in a safe, welcoming, and flexible learning environment. The College promotes mental health, wellbeing, and personal recovery through the sharing of lived experience and professional knowledge.
WARCA delivers co-designed and co-produced courses and workshops that provide practical skills and tools, empowering participants to build confidence, resilience, and engagement in everyday life. Each course is guided by the WARCA Integrity Framework and reflects the values of collaboration, inclusion, and mutual respect, creating opportunities for connection, shared learning, and personal growth.
Operating statewide through regional hubs and satellite locations, WARCA ensures that community members and mental health professionals alike can access high-quality, accessible learning that deepens understanding of mental health, substance use, wellbeing, and recovery from multiple perspectives.
The Position
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Co-facilitate and develop the Educator Foundation Program (EFP)
- Provide support to educators to co-develop and co-facilitate courses
- Support with planning, curation and preparation of courses
- Contributing to the development and refinement of the WARCA Integrity Framework and relevant policies
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure a high standard of course content and alignment with the College’s Integrity Framework.

Minimum qualifications:
- Degree level qualification in education or relevant professional experience
- Australian Working Rights
- Current drivers license
Candidates will also either have or be willing to obtain the following:
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Working with Children Card
- Proof of Australian Working Rights
