We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-led CRM Specialist to support and execute our global CRM strategy. Reporting to the Performance Manager, this role will partner closely with Marketing, Data Analytics and Creative to drive acquisition, loyalty, retention and market expansion across key regions.

The Role
The CRM Specialist will support Hello Molly’s CRM strategy across global markets, delivering customer-centric, insight-led campaigns designed to increase engagement, retention, and long-term brand loyalty.
You will build and optimise personalised communication funnels for new and existing customers, translating data into meaningful commercial outcomes and consistent YoY revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Global CRM Strategy & Execution:
- Partner with the Performance Manager to design and implement CRM initiatives across key global markets.
- Develop and execute localised communication funnels for acquisition, retention and re-engagement.
- Build annual strategic CRM action plans aligned to business growth targets.
- Create personalised campaigns based on segmentation, lifecycle stage and customer behaviour.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and repeat purchase rate.
Data Insights & Optimisation:
- Analyse customer behaviour, transactional data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Refine segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioural and market trend data.
- Translate insights into optimisation opportunities across CRM and broader marketing channels.
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance CRM platforms, reporting capability and measurement frameworks.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Work closely with Creative, Performance Marketing and Data teams to ensure campaigns are commercially aligned and on-brand.
- Contribute to a results-driven environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
- Experience within eCommerce, fashion or high-growth consumer brands highly regarded.
