Admin Support, QLD

The Role:

As Admin Support you’ll play a key role in supporting HBT Services QLD, specifically supporting the Overhauls team with all office related activities and a focus on documentation and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Admin Support will be responsible for maintaining documentation and registers to accomplish the company’s objectives; this will include but not be limited to invoicing jobs, tenders, purchase orders, invoice processing and reviewing of transactions/job costings, document control
  • Supplying data and reports when requested to support the business functions of HBT services Qld.
  • Administering and completing various reports as required.
  • Identifying and recording of quality problems.
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and assisting with general duties.
  • Supporting the business with purchasing and administration duties
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Providing support to various departments as needed.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.

  • Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent Organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of software and tools.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with multiple stakeholders including, customers, industry partners and employees.

About us:

HBT Services QLD is responsible for the overhauls of longwall machinery across QLD and operates under two (3) plants, being Overhauls, Warehouse and Gearbox repairs.
