The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our delivery team on the construction of a new 22,000 EP Sewage Treatment Plant. This is a high-profile infrastructure project involving a wide range of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Engineer, the role will assist the project team in construction and commissioning. The position will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of the project, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the construction process.

Scope of Works

The project includes:

Bulk and detailed earthworks, including backfilling and footings
Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete (FRP) work for water-retaining structures
Building and architectural works
Structural steel installation
Mechanical installation works
Above and below ground pipework, including DICL, polyethylene, stainless steel, and HOBAS pipelines
Electrical, instrumentation, process, SCADA, and PLC systems
Testing, commissioning, and handover
The contract is predominantly construct-only, with some minor design and construct elements, requiring strong site coordination, technical capability, and stakeholder engagement.

Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in construction processes
Strong consultation and communication skills
Understanding of WHS legislation compliance and management systems
