Working with each participant and personalising care plan for them is at the core values of our company. About the role We are seeking a part time admin assistant. We are a NDIS Registered disability care provider. Key Responsibilities – Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team – – Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and documentation – – Maintain and organise digital and physical records – – Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation – – Support internal systems and administrative processes – – Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for anyone attending the office – – Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information – – Assist with general office coordination and operational tasks as required Key Selection Criteria – National Police Check – – Minimum 1 year experience in office administration – – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly – – Experience using Shift Care and other internal softwares will be advantageous  – – Strong time-management, organisational, and multitasking abilities – – Advanced computer skills and experience using online platforms – – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – – Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks – – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – – A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills – – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team – – Experience developing or improving internal systems is desirable – – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion – – Friendly, professional, and approachable personality with an optimistic outlook Applicants with the following will be viewed favourably: ✔️ A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle ✔️ A current First Aid and CPR Certificate ✔️ Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa ✔️ An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one ✔️ A valid National Police Check ✔️ A Working With Children Check (desirable) What we offer and what you could gain?
