About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Everyday Living Team Leader to oversee the delivery of Everyday Living services across DVA and Support at Home (S@H) clients, including Home Care Packages Levels 1–3.

This role will initially support clients and teams across different cities in the country, primarily in QLD, with the opportunity to expand nationally as services grow.

You will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centred domestic assistance services, while embedding Support at Home knowledge and responsibilities into service delivery, supporting team capability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Everyday Living / domestic assistance team across DVA and Support at Home services.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to team members on S@H service expectations, equipment use, and safe practices.
  • Support onboarding and capability development, ensuring staff understand Support at Home requirements and client care standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery aligned with S@H frameworks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.

About You

  • Experience leading or coordinating domestic assistance or home support teams.
  • Working knowledge of Support at Home service delivery and client care expectations.
  • Strong understanding of household support procedures and safe work practices.
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements (manual handling, hazard identification).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing client and service needs.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment, with flexibility to attend occasional client visits and administrative meetings in Brisbane as required.
