We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Front Counter Salesperson to join the TJM crew.

If you have a background in off-road accessories, 4WD builds, or automotive sales, and enjoy helping customers turn their vehicle ideas into reality, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

At TJM, we specialise in preparing vehicles for life off the beaten track. Our team delivers some of the best off-road builds around, backed by industry knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for what we do.

About the Role: You’ll be the face of our showroom—working directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend the right products, and create tailored solutions for their vehicles. From bull bars and suspension to camping and electrical accessories, you’ll play a key role in bringing customer builds to life.

What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in 4WD, automotive accessories, or vehicle sales • Strong customer service and front counter sales skills • Good product knowledge across off-road and touring accessories • A “Get It Done Right” attitude • A positive, team-first mindset • The ability to listen, recommend, and confidently close sales • Passion for 4WDs, touring, camping, and off-road culture
