What your day will look like:
- Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
- Database management and generation of appraisal leads
- Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering standout service that reflects Marco’s brand
- Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
- Meeting individual and team KPIs and budgets
- Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are:
- Hold a current Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate (essential)
- Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
- High level of customer service
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
