STOCK CONTROLLER – New Car Storage/PDI Centre Sydney

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Stock Controller to join our automotive team. Based on-site at our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) warehouse centre, this role is critical in ensuring that every new vehicle entering and leaving the warehouse meets strict standards of quality, compliance, and accountability.

Objective:

Ensure new vehicle quality compliance, accurate inventory, controllable processes, efficient delivery, and traceable risks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new vehicle warehousing and circulation processes.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, accurate inventory, and efficient delivery.

• Oversee vehicle inspections (exterior, interior, accessories, battery/fuel levels).

• Handle non-compliant vehicles and claims processing.

• Maintain system inventory accuracy and real-time status updates.

• Plan warehouse layout, manage safety requirements, and monitor long-term inventory.

• Control key management with strict issuance/return procedures.

• Supervise PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), installation, and outbound logistics.

• Prepare inventory reports and manage exceptions.
