We are seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator with a strong customer focus to support the final stage of the ownership journey, coordinating handovers, preparing vehicles, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers throughout the vehicle build and delivery process

  • Manage handover bookings, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery

  • Coordinate with Pre-Delivery to prepare showroom-ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation

  • Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign-off

  • Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well-paced delivery scheduling

About You

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Coordination/admin experience in fast-paced settings

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven

  • Tech-savvy; quick to learn dealership systems

  • Holds a current Australian driver licence

  • Dealership experience preferred but not essential
