As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Accessories Fitter to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for cars who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
The Role
As an Accessories Fitter, you will be responsible for installing a range of accessories to new and used vehicles prior to delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Fit and install automotive accessories (e.g., tow bars, roof racks, floor mats, dash cams, window tint, etc.)
Conduct quality checks to ensure all installations meet company and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Liaise with sales and service teams to meet delivery deadlines
Report any issues or defects in a timely manner
About You
Previous experience as an accessories fitter, automotive technician, mechanic, or similar role (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools
Eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Current driver’s licence essential
