As we continue to scale our e-commerce platform, we’re looking for a Website Content Producer to help bring our products and content to life.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative junior content professional looking to grow their career in web, marketing and e-commerce.
You’ll manage and optimise product listings on our WordPress/WooCommerce website, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and SEO-optimised.
This role offers real ownership and the opportunity to develop this function into a key area of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage travel products within our WordPress/WooCommerce website
- Write and edit product descriptions, landing pages and supporting content
- Optimise content for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, keywords, internal linking)
- Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date and conversion-focused
- Format content for a clean, consistent and user-friendly experience
- Update website pages, blog content and campaign landing pages
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns and new product launches
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and user experience
About You
- Experience with WordPress (WooCommerce experience highly regarded)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in travel, tourism or e-commerce
- Valid Australian working rights (visa or permanent residency required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or SEO tools
- Experience writing for e-commerce or travel brands
