As Head of Food & Beverage at Happitat, you’ll oversee all culinary operations across our breathtaking park and café, crafting unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service, delicious offerings, and a culture of excellence.

Got what it takes?
• Lead daily operations across all food & beverage outlets, including future event catering
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team with smart rostering, training, and development
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, upselling, and menu innovation
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and HACCP standards
• Monitor quality through regular audits and guest feedback
• Manage budgets, forecasts, inventory, and monthly P&L reviews
• Champion sustainability through efficient waste management and recycling
• Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategy and reporting
Do you fit the bill?
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in hospitality
• Previous experience in pre-opening or restaurant launch is advantageous
• Holds a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Has a valid open “C” class driver’s license
• Is confident in supplier communication and inventory control
• Brings strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a practical mindset
• Thrives under pressure and leads with positivity and initiative
• Communicates clearly and adapts to different audiences
• Is committed to outstanding customer service and safety
• Has experience in the leisure or attractions industry (a bonus!)

• Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays are peak times—your availability during these is essential
• This role is suited to someone who’s comfortable working outdoors
• Own vehicle required
